Here are just some of the initiatives Harbor works on year-round.

Proactively broaden our recruitment process to source and hire more candidates from historically marginalized communities
Official sponsor of Free The Work, a nonprofit global initiative and talent discovery platform for underrepresented creators
Partner with ReelWorks, a mentorship program for underserved youth, with a year-round paid internship program where we have also hired directly from
Work with educational institutions such as London Screen Academy, community colleges, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities with education outreach on film careers and direct recruitment
Providing in-kind filmmaking grants and support to BIPOC students
Sponsoring film festivals and industry events that spotlight Black filmmakers (HBO)
On the facility side, our studio team is constantly seeking minority-owned and run small businesses to support through stocking our studios, catering, etc to constantly redefine our vendor list

We encourage diversity in all its forms (gender, origins, age, LGBT, disability, education, religions, veterans… just naming a few) and we cultivate singularities.

The gender balance is there (50/50 in 2020), but the figures oblige us to remain attentive to the professional development of women at all levels of responsibility. We must constantly fight against our unconscious bias: it is a crucial issue of internal culture, business and society.

Nurturing diversity makes a real difference that is translated into our client projects.

The communication campaigns and data or technology projects that we create bear the hallmark of this inclusiveness. We want to ensure there is a positive impact that is immediately tangible for everyone.
